The Democrats had the win handed to them on a Trump plated platter. Work with Republicans to pass legislation addressing it and take the victory lap on Trump's face. It takes a lot of dumb to mess that up. A court challenge will be very bad optics.

I don’t think hitler was trying to improve the regions of the concentration camps by sending them people who have all the answers. I want those shithole countries to be fixed so they don’t risk their ten year old getting raped or murdered trying to get into another country. Don’t you think you people should concentrate your efforts there instead of here? Wouldnt that make a great difference? Has the media not told you to be upset with the plight of these people in their home countries?
