Chicago schools are reportedly missing about $23 million in laptops, iPads and other electronic devices.

This is both sad and hilarious. Sad in the fact the tax payers lost 23 million dollars in tech equipment, hilarious in the fact the dumbasses in charge of the Chicago ISDs didn't see this coming. Talk about government waste.

What do you want to bet most of these Laptops and I-Pads were sold by the students and thier parents? In addition I'm going to bet many of these missing tech devices are not missing they are in the students homes.
