Catch Me Now I'm Falling

There's literally zero argument that Hillary won the popular vote.

Care to run your statistics on swing states where her percentage will be <50% of the 60%+ votes cast by eligible voters?

To build this model for Hillary versus Trump "demand" out even further, how about we assign dollars spent by each in those states to see who got more bang for their buck and by how much.

So you're saying that like virtually everything else about Hillary Clinton even the argument that she won the popular vote is a big fat lie? Why does that not surprise me?

No, I'm saying there is no argument.

She clearly did.

And that doesn't matter one iota.

I'm not the one you're arguing with.

I was just trying to be helpful regarding voter turn out.

Oh, I'm sorry if you thought I was arguing. I was asking a question. You come across as a pretty smart person. I find your comments to be instructive and enlightening. I was interested in your take. Again, sorry if you thought I was looking for an argument.

Not at all man. I appreciated your style from earlier and encouraged you to post more. All viewpoints are welcome.

All I prefer is that if "we" debate on known quantities, that we use them. That certainly wasn't aimed at you; it was is aimed at @GL97 who's dying on the wrong beach. (And anybody else that thinks popular vote means anything at all)

No worries.

It seemed you were responding GL and his discussion of the popular vote.

Me personally?

I don't give a rat's ass about "political trends". If I did, I would think that 51% of 54% isn't real strong evidence of where the nation is headed politically. I would focus on the succession of two term Presidents swinging back and forth between the parties and the Republican surge at the state levels more than anything else.

Results are what matter. Not moral victories.
