Buddy wants a hog hunt

I have a friend coming down from Michigan for a week in January and we would like to try shooting a hog or two. He's going to deer bow hunt a little depending on weather on my places but no hogs here. I don't think either of us wants to pay a trespass fee but a few bags of corn or something small would be fine. I've seen where several of you guys complained about 'em and want them killed so here we are to help. Thanks in advance and you won't find people any more responsible to respect your land.

Plan is he'll be here 1/7 and depart 1/13. I know not of what you are suggesting on catching with hands but if it's fun and can be done by 50 YOM we're game. I had a guy in Jacksboro TX tell me about hunting with dogs and that sounded fun..

Yeah, we hunt with dogs and tie up the pigs.

The other parts of this type of hunt, there could be a ton of cardio? Generally, the first few times a guy goes, he doesn't get to see the bay and/or catch...might miss a tad bit of the tie-up too? We turn out dogs, then drink beer till the get one shut down..then we run and tie it up.

It is my favorite sport that I can still participate in!

I'm in Binger, we could catch some pigs, and hunt pigs. We could also call coyotes if you want. Well be setting up bobcat and coyote traps too.
