Someone is going to have to help me out with Pitt. Why does most everyone have them as in the tournament. Here is how they compare to OSU.
OSU - 17-14, 8-10 in B12, NET 43, ELO 59, SOS 11, nonCon SOS 156, Q1 6-11, Q2 3-2, Q3 3-1, Q4 5-0
Pitt - 21-10, 14-4 in ACC, NET 55 , ELO 64, SOS 87, nonCon SOS 122, Q1 4-4, Q2 3-4, Q3 4-1, Q4 10-1
Can anyone explain how they are clearly ahead of OSU? I guess they are getting credit for finishing 5th in a terrible ACC (this season). Their win totals are padded by playing in the ACC (worst P5), and by playing a non-conference schedule with more than twice as many Quad 4 teams (and they lost one). We have the advantage in every metric except for W/L and nonCon SOS (where the numbers are very close).
