I don’t understand what you’re trying to say.
1). Canada? You mean because there won’t be a wall on the US/Canadian border? What’s to stop one bring built once the US/Mexican precedent has been established?
2). 2nd Amendment? You mean because citizens have pistols and rifles? The military has tanks and fighter jets and the like.
3). Berlin is landlocked. Is that a concesserion on your part that because we border two oceans that walls would be pointless?

1. Yes. If you think the Mexican border is massive and impossible to wall up, check a map.

2. Are you familiar with how motivated guerrilla fighters have fared vs tanks and jets in Vietnam? Afghanistan? 300 million guns in the hands of hunters, veterans and red state country boys would be incredibly costly to subdue. Never mind that the military itself would split or outright turn against the government vs fire on their countrymen. Their oath is to the Constitution. Unless we give up our guns legislatively, this is the great equalizer.

3. Berlin is a city. The US is a massive country. I’ve seen you use exactly this argument for why a wall doesn’t work.

Even if we get the wall done on Mexican border it’s simply a factor not a solution. One reason the Berlin Wall was so effective was the willingness of the communist guards to machine gun unarmed escapees. Militarizing 3 coasts and both a southern and northern wall to that level is fantasy.

Lastly, you have to assume that Mexico and or Canada would be places Americans would want to escape TO.
