But again you are citing a rule you can't show us. "Home address" isn't publicly defined in the rules. Interpretations of rules have to be written down somewhere. They can't just exist in the ether.

Iowa claiming it is against the rules doesn't make it so. If USAW says we violated a rule that hasn't been interpreted then there has to be a whole process to decide that.

I'm the guy who has been saying for a decade RTCs are a shady as hell and their link to colleges to begin with was insane. That being said, RTCs has been around for ahwile now and for people to start clutching their pearls about them seems odd.

Penn St shoulda been the obvious first choice for him, when he committed to Iowa. Money talked and he chose the money. Now he’s back on the market and hasn’t already committed to them… 🤔
You would think Penn St would be the obvious choice now! Best team, i”m guessing they have the best RTC, too! Best coach, home state, etc etc… So why not commit to them already? They “appear” to be the easy pick yet he hasn’t picked them yet… What’s the holdup???

This thing is like a jury trial, the longer it goes without him committing to Penn St, the better the odds are that he goes to OSU!

Nebraska had a great year last year but they have ZERO chance of getting Bo! They don’t have the tradition of OSU and Penn St! Actually, they have ZERO things better than OSU and Penn State!

This is a two dog race and the longer it goes with him not committing to PS, the better chance / more likely he signs with the Pokes!

I wasn't a part of the conversation that determined any decisions on what we do regarding the rule. I know there was careful thought put into everything we were doing with no intent to cheat USAW.

I am not sure why you keep beating on this drum? It really has the optics that you are trying to stir up trouble for OSU and an 18 year old kid? If you want to do your investigation, go ahead, but the attacks on this topic can stop if you don't mind.

Also the punishment is the club could lose its RTC status, the athlete can be suspended or they can do nothing.

Without a clear fall guy in all this, I vote for DT as that guy. Iowa is falling apart. PSU has cleanup in aisle 5. Nebby is ready to take the pin out of a hand grenade. I demand some suck on OSU. Level the playing field. So DT is my fall guy by my tried and true elimination process. That's all I got late on an extremely busy Friday. It's gotta be five o'clock somewhere.

To be clear - even if the rule is being violated in some way (I say it's probably been cleared - kid is 18, not enrolled in college at OSU and has moved)-its only a USAW violation, not anything related to his collegiate eligibility, right? Doubt very seriously they'd take away our RTC, or rule him ineligible...soooo----?????

Jax has an address in Stillwater, but the rule is permanent address as it reads.

Who knows? Jax may be finishing high school in Stillwater, or he may forego his senior year and train?

In addition, every year Lee was talked about in post season but never seemed to be a factor. When brought to my attention, I do vaguely recall him competing.
