Politics aside Lindell appears to be a decent God-fearing man who created a thriving industry employing hundreds of his fellow men by way of superhuman work ethic and sheer untiring determination. So, yes, you are correct, he’s an extraordinarily nice fella. It says a great deal about your character, David, that you derive pleasure at seeing his downturn.

If Democrats cared about human rights and the treatment of other humans you wouldn't see them saying things like we need illegals to pick our crops at lower wages or see them ignoring the plight of slave workers in the industries promoted by Democrats. The only time you see them complain about issues like this is when they can make political points out of them. As long as they get what they benefit they could give a shit about human slavery.

Holy shit, I can certainly understand your concerns with allowing kids to work. Wouldn't want them to develop work ethic and work skills to help make them successful.
I started working at 13 years old. I mowed 10 yards a week and hauled hay to have some spending money and help my mother out when she kicked my dad to the curb. At 15 I was working 30 hours a week at a restaurant, busing tables, waiting tables and bartending, while going to school at the same time, oh the horror. At 16 I started working full time at a gas station pumping gas, fixing flats, doing oil changes and other light mechanic work. Worked from 3:00pm to 10 PM 5 days a week, on the weekends I worked from 7:00 AM to 10:00PM both Saturday and Sunday. During the summers I poured concrete for new homes. Never did I consider that child exploitation, I was happy to have the job and help out my mother. I guess that's the difference in us, I never expected anyone to take care of me, I took care of myself. Might explain why your delivering groceries at your age, while I semi retired at age 51.
My daughter started working at age 15. She worked at the local DQ 30 hours a week while going to school. She didn't work because she needed the money she did it because she wanted to and to have her own money. I guess some of us are just wired differently.
My son didn't work a job after school. He decided he wanted to try and play college football. His after school hours were spent working out both by himself and with a private trainer. Worked out for him, he earned a scholarship to play at OSU and ended up starting for three years.
In my view every kid needs to work or have some sort of extra curricular activity that keeps them busy while at the same time teaching them work ethic. I'm sure you feel differently and the results are obvious.
