Leader of the House Johnson may have hinted at what is to come recently when he said in discussions Biden did not know what about things he signed. You have numerous Rep Congressmen that can attest to this. Some think the Reps are going to 25th amendment Biden after the fact and invalidate everything he has signed. Remember, they would not charge Biden with holding those classified records because the investigator / prosecutor said he was not mentally fit to stand trial. Obviously SCOTUS would have to affirm.
