Health insurers produce nothing. No good, no service. They are a parasite. If the objective is to have shared risk why let someone profit and skim from our shared risk? It's ludicrous.

Quit bitching and underwrite your own risk. It's that simple. Start putting what you'd pay in premiums in investments and start paying cash for your healthcare. You'd be surprised what kind of discounts cash payers get.
