On AMC. It's the number two highest-rated, first-season cable show ever. Won lots of awards and was nominated for many others.
It's also probably one of the reasons why attendance at in-theatre movies seem to be in decline. I'd much rather pop some cheap popcorn and mix a drink and watch some of the great tv being offered these days than go to a theatre and deal with crowds and kids with no understanding of my oft-used phrase, "Shut up, turn that damn thing off and watch the f'n movie!" Someday, some punk will pop a cap in my ass.
I don't have a clue what a movie ticket costs these days, but it's too high. Movie writing generally sucks and what passes for "starpower" these days is some overpaid schmuck smoking a joint telling fart jokes. No thanks.
