Whatever happened to all those "Lebanese" steakhouses that used to be in Tulsa?

There were about 7 or 8 of them when I was living there during my law school years. Now, it looks like there's only on survivor after Eddy's shut down.

Ridge Grill
Mahogany’s
Spudder (or at least used to be. Haven’t been there in awhile)

I know several people that think Blue Stone Steakhouse.

A bunch of good options.

I remember a place in tulsa that had one of the best steaks around....started with an A....maybe Avalon or something like that. Located right off I44 about where to toll gate used to be (east of the toll gate just a few blocks). This was a long time ago. Not a fancy place but was always busy and seemed like always a place to hit while in Tulsa. I'm sure it's gone but you just don't see places like that anymore.

If money isn't a concern, Bull in the Alley, with Flemmings and Mahoganies in 2nd.

I went to Spudders last fall and wasn't too impressed, which sucked because after hearing so much about it I wanted it to be good.

Not a big fan of Fleming's personally.

I like Ridge Grill, Prhyme, Polo Grill. Haven't been to McGill's or Mahogany in forever. Both used to be great.

Completely agree. Fleming’s has always been a place that has tried to convince people its a good steakhouse by keeping the lights low...and that’s it.

McGill's used to be really good. Last time I ate there is was really disappointed.

Had a customer suggest BC steakhouse about a month ago. I had a bone in ribeye that was superb, but sides were meh and most everyone else had an issue, one way or another, with their meal.

Want to try bull in the alley.

Didn't know the spudder was still around.

Had a good steak at ti amo once too.

I go to BC Steakhouse from time to time. For the price it is good - not a fancy place.
