I try to not give anything Mineo posts much (any?) credence without other sources confirming, but assuming this post from Bartlett on the PSU board is legit him, wtf is it referring to?

is he talking about Starrocci?

Apparently his wife's post was. If Mineo's description of her post is accurate then you could easily conclude that Beau's comments were also about Carter.

Mineo's next tweet:

And for context: they were whining in there just because his wife said something like “it’s nice when the good guy wins” after Dake beat Carter. They apparently couldn’t handle that lol

I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Beau several times. It was truly enjoyable each time, he’s the kind of dude who makes your day better when you talk to him.

I don’t know anything about the drama or what’s going on behind the scenes, but I hope that goofy dude finds success at the senior level and I’d absolutely love it if by some turn of events he finds it while reppin’ Cowboy RTC.

NYCRTC in Hoboken for Beau it's out there Willie already said it

I don't like the growing trend of athletes whining about negative fans. The athletes get paid handsomely by the fans to play a super fun sport. I try to keep things positive but I have never minded fans who get a little chippy. If I was drawing up a Bill of Rights for sports fans, the right to boo, gripe, and talk crap on message boards would be in the First Amendment.

If he wants to play a sport where no one ever criticizes you, there are plenty of them out there. Disc golf, badminton, ping pong, etc. You gotta take the good with the bad. College wrestlers have about the best job on the planet. If they have to deal with the occasional nasty online fan, I'm not going to shed any tears.

Idk ping pong is pretty intense at the Olympic levels

Beau and Carter didn’t mix well. Just like we all have coworkers we don’t mix well with. Only difference is that our wives don’t post it on the internet nor are we famous enough to be somebody on the internet. That about sums this story up.

Uh, do you even pong bro?

That stuff gets serious!

I actually watched a tantrum video on a chess match.

I gather Carter doesn’t mix well with quite a few folks there. He is a different dude and doesn’t fit the mold of the normal PSU wrestler.

Mineo is salty that several Penn State posters gave him sh@$ about his handling of AJ being rejected by UNC and his feud with Madison Soltys on social media. He actually said that he's going to post negative stories about Penn State as revenge. So junior high, lol.

This does not sound like a simple instance of personalities not mixing. There's already an effort by the cult faithful to downplay this

Despite my mostly positive time here, there is a significant piece of my experience as an athlete at Penn State that I have kept quiet on for a long time. One that as hard as I tried to suppress, hindered my mental health and day to day life here in a big way.
[My wife] has had to listen to the things I’ve gone through while here, she’s had to listen to the even worse things her friends and other women have personally gone through over the years due to this same individual, she’s had to listen to the stories of my teammates and what they’ve experienced at the hands of this person, and she’s remained quiet through all of it despite being the most outspoken person I know, because there is a certain sense of intimidation that looms throughout the room and outside of it, and so many people, myself included, will more than likely never feel safe coming forward with their full stories.
As I share what little I am with you, I know that many of you will ask yourselves why, if things happened, were they not reported? The short answer is that they were. I tried to go to the right people, and like many others, was told that there wasn’t really anything that could be done. This does not mean that the fault lies in the individuals I went to. The fault lies in the unfortunate fact that often times justice is difficult to obtain, even with evidence. I know that I am being vague here. I understand that by sharing what I am choosing to share here, I could cause people to view me differently. But as much courage as this takes to say, I know there are other people in this sport and outside of it that go through similar situations and I want them to know that they are not alone.
Unfortunately I don’t yet have the confidence to share my entire story, and I applaud and admire those who are willing to come forward with theirs, in spite of the all too often scenarios where their experiences are immediately minimized, overlooked, or just all.

Yea lol. This is some dirty laundry. Of course PSU faithful will act like this is all part of being a champion. They will try to shrug it off. And on top of that they also reached out to AJ for HWT. Hopefully they stop lecturing about morals anytime soon. This and Snyder situation, Braedon Davis situation, Brooks situation. They got some weird stories recently.

I'm sure OSU had it's fair share of stupidity when AJ was here.

lol, lots of carter rumors coming out. Stuff like he steals from his team mates. And other stuff. Not sure whats true and whats not. But one thing for sure, PSU right now will be so happy he graduated and doesnt wrestle for them anymore.

My first thought is, she better have the goods or this will not turn out well for her legally. Since all this is after the fact, some of it comes across as malicious, which goes to forethought toward libel. Again, she better be right.

My second thought is, she is hurting Beau's career. Nobody is going to want to deal with someone whose wife is constantly putting things on the internet, right or wrong. Too much drama.

My third thought is that maybe Beau was too sensitive to be in a men's locker room atmosphere, and his wife is running with it. Certainly theft is not normal, but like I said in point one, she better have the goods on Carter or he's gonna own her house. You simply can't get ahead of the investigation and make posts like that.

On your second thought, good for them putting family before careers. She has his back, and he obviously has hers. That's how it should be.

Maybe your fourth thought should be that something did happen and that Beau did report these things, and the coaching staff or college said they could not do anything about it or chose not to do anything about it. Like he said in those posts. There is a history of that at Penn State and it literally killed the face of Penn State, when they threw him under the bus. Even when he took the correct steps to report it and the Penn State admin and University Police swept it under the rug.

There is a point to where having your spouse's back can be detrimental to them. Internet drama falls into that category for me. She and he both made their points the other day. Continuing to stir the pot starts to look like a vendetta rather than sincerity.

I don't doubt that something happened between the two of them, but my point is that continuing the battle online hurts him more than it hurts Carter unless Carter really did do something unlawful. Just because a wife stands by her man doesn't make any of it true.
