i stated very clearly that I wanted to help people in need. What you and I disagree with is the definition of need. By having a broad definition and letting the losers take advantage, it of course hurts people who actually cannot provide for themselves. That’s why I support local charity that provides basic needs.

No, but their parents are. If you really want to help children, there's no need to funnel taxpayer money to useless bureaucrats. Your local Catholic Charities or Bishop Services Appeal has plenty of ways you can help, and without other people's money, strictly with your own.

no I do not support the enhanced tax credit. Too many people will spend it on drugs. If their parents weren’t losers they wouldn’t be in poverty, but hopefully being in poverty in the easiest place in earth to be in poverty will motivate them to break the cycle as adults.
The State and Local tax deductions benefit all people. Want to talk about a big tax loophole look at Qualified Business Income where wealthy folks don't have to pay income on 20% of their earnings. Salt deductions help all tax payers and especially the middle income.
