If true, great get. I posted a video of him recently discussing the wrestler "interview" with new head coach Cael Sanderson back in 2009. That was Bryan Pearsall.
A little more about him from this 2022 bio. Seems heavy on the recruiting side too.

Im hearing he’s our guy. Also heard he was being considered for the Penn Uni. HC job prior to all this.
He was asst HC there. Strange to say but he probably has more career growth here as Director of Operations than he might as HC at Penn.

Well they had said director of operations but this says RC. It’s not the DO or the 3rd asst position. Am I wrong?

@smalls103 had a good statement on the Iowa page about what he thinks a recruiting coordinator should do and it wasn’t quite what I would have envisioned. Maybe not so much about getting the talent but more about assessing the talent and then sending the coaches in to recruit.
