They had a 100% conviction rate, in what world does that happen? One J6'er told his story on X, I should have posted it. The Judge would not allow him a lawyer from outside of DC. Judge said the 6th Amendment did not apply because it was an insurrection. This guy was charged with trespassing, and has been in jail until the pardon. He had a good lawyer that was lined up and would do it for free, but the Judge would not allow it. The DC attorney cost him $150K. The judge said he needed an attorney that was use to the "Customs" of the DC courts. That is just the tip fo the iceberg of what they did to him.

Isn’t odd that no one, not even Orange Man Bad, was ever charged with sedition or treason for trying to “overthrow the government”?
