I knew it all along, it was set up perfectly for the Dims to pull such a thing to try and get rid of Trump once and for all.

Their J6 bullshit plan didn't take Trump out so they eventually tried to kill him -- twice. I am 100% for keeping each and everyone of these guys in prison to serve their sentences, these guys were found guilty in a court of law, many times in front of Trump appointed Judges, I don't care which side they are on, they committed a crime, the GOP is supposed to be the party of Law and order

As mentioned previously was this guy arrested, charged, tried and convicted? I have no idea who the guy is or if the DOJ charged him. What I do know is the DOJ was overzealous in prosecuting these people and abused it's power.

The vast majority of them were pardoned having served 4 years in jail for a crime they were never convicted of because they never got a trial. Which is a massive violation of their Constitutional right to a 'speedy and public trial'.
