He was found murdered in 1985 near the okc airport with his Dallas socialite wife being the no. 1 suspect. She was never charged.
He played basketball here in the 70’s and actually went out for football after his basketball eligibility was up. Played one year and started! I had a class with him and he was a super nice, clean cut guy. A tragic story that has never been legally solved. I suspect Southern knew Alan
