Adam Schiff should apologize and resign

Not exactly sure how introducing legislation is "Commie stuff", but you do you.
Was the NSG/BSG (LSG) equally as vocal when the left was saying building a wall at the Southern Border was Racist? What about the Cages they accused Trump of when in fact Obama and Biden built them?
Muh Russia Collusion? Fisa Warrants? I could go on and on but you get my drift.
Keep doing you BSG/NSG (LSG) 🤡🤣

PTSD is tearing you up.

You mean the doj isn’t going to prosecute themselves when they all agree they would do it again under the same cover?
Oh Harry now you're just mimicking arguments your cohorts have already made.

So I will just quote my previous response to it.
Didn't Durham indict some folks and try them?

Yes he did.

Couldn't he at least recommend charges against treasonous coup participants if not prosecute them himself?

Yes he could.

What amazes me is how board Trumpies guaranteed me that Durham would sweep in like an avenging angel and convict all these treasonous coup participants and put them in jail for the rest of their treasonous lives.

Yet he doesn't even recommend further charges for anyone.

And now you and yours are left with strawman arguments claiming that "Democrats" are accepting of this when no one is actually saying that.

Durham ended up with a report that actually pisses off both sides. That indicates to me that it's a pretty fair report. Both "sides" have tried to politicize the justice system and the intelligence/law enforcement agencies of the executive branch.....your side has done it and continues to do it.....2 Cents and Cups side has done it and continues to do it.

Both you and your cohorts and 2 Cents and his cohorts are okay with it when it's your guys and reeee! when it's their guys. Two sides of the same coin....both pawns.

LMAO. None of the Trump people were prosecuted for anything related to Trump or Russian Collusion. The DOJ/FBI and the rabid Anti-Trump investigators searched for anything in their targets past, going so far as to entrap a couple in order to punish them for associating with Trump. Durham wasn't focused on punishing people associated with the soft coup attempt, he was focused on informing the American people of why and how the investigation was started. It's disingenuous at best to try and use the Durham Report's lack of referrals for prosecution as some kind of exoneration but you already knew that.

Has exactly zero percent chance of passing....maybe less.

Just another idiotic piece of political grandstanding.
JD is not wrong here. Packing the court right now is political grandstanding and no matter how much legislation is passed in the Senate, it will never make into debate in the house. It goes nowhere and is thus just rhetoric.

This is where the Democrats are so much better at using their platform to make Republicans look stupid. Every time you see a split congress Democrats will file all the crazy legislation that their cooky leftists want so they can turn around to them and say we passed legislation but those darn Republicans. Knowing full well that the bill will never make out of committee let alone the other house in congress. These same bills will never make it to committee if Dems control both sides, as they know these things are not popular at all and passing them would be more harmful than good. However, what they can do is test the public to see how far out of mainstream they are. If it surprises them by being mildly supported, they will try to get in the next time they hold both houses.

With that being said Dems are testing the waters to see what kind of support they can gen up. If they get anywhere close to 40% popular support expect an attempt to ram this through as soon as they have both houses (as long as a republican isn't President at the time). This also shows the Dems biggest weakness in that they never consider the "and then what" when republicans replace them in power. Thats how they lost the SCOTUS.

Good post.

Also why I think the Senate needs to keep the filibuster rules in place. If you get rid of filibusters in the Senate, it's nothing more than a second House of Representatives.

This is worse than Watergate.

The only difference? Dems aren't honest and they don't really care for our country.

Neither are the "professionals" in the press not interested in being fair and unbiased.

With Democrats shouting from the roof tops "No One Is Above The Law" shouldn't they be screaming for Schiff to be held accountable?

Both this and Watergate pale in comparison to the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution in 1964. So at least we have that going for us.

What laws did Durham say were broken and what new criminal charges did he recommend?

You just make this too easy sometimes.

I don't necessarily disagree that it is somewhat political grandstanding, but so what?

Democrats have every right to show the American people what they support or would support, just as Republicans do. Both chambers should vote on the measure and let the people see where their representatives stand before the 2024 election.

And Republicans don't do the same thing?

This is politics man.

According to some polls, this already has the support of more than 40% of Americans.

I'm not the one quoting his tweets and obsessing over him right now.

But hey, you keep doing you. He is definitely counting on it.

No shit sherlock, you just catching on, how cute.

And the reason you have not seen this brought out yet is because the Dems know it's closer to 25% and that would be generous. Although you should let me know what polls say 40% so I can write them off.

You give Dems a compliment and they can't take it. So much for unity.

You keep saying this like it means something, it doesn't. Durham's report is devastating to the DOJ and Democrats who pushed this farce on the country for 4 years. You can ignore it and try to discount it all you want, no one believes you or gives you any credibility.

Schiff might be laying claim to "hammertime" Paul's place in nanshees bed. For political reasons of course. A sacrifice.

Schitt and you lefties have been obsessing over Trump and Muh Russia for how many yrs now? But keep saying we are obsessing over Schitt's lies while you ignore them Dear Party Fan Boi. 🤣
