I actually think that's the point. This is just a mechanism to get Roe vs. Wade back in front of the now 'conservative' court.
It won't serve as that...it can't.
It's just a house resolution. It doesn't have the effect of law in anyway.
Besides, Oklahoma already has a trigger law on the books making abortions illegal if and when RvW is overturned.
Sorry, didn't realize this was just a resolution. I can't follow that link at work. Assumed it was something put together in the House and would be moved to the Senate. In this case, Who F'n cares. I love it when the Government wastes time and money to sign paperwork that means nothing.

Brilliant. I'm sure the hours invested in this gloriously useless piece of whatever it is will inject dollars into education and other areas of dire state need.
