Alberta has oceans of heavy crude they can't refine. Houston refineries can. A Keystone pipeline could get Alberta heavy crude to capable refineries safely and cheap.

Not only that SB, when you are in Calgary & are involved in the cattle/ranch & oil business it's hard to tell if you are in Canada or Ft. Worth. Great people there.
