2025 NCAA Tournament

I did some Bracket research on our upcoming matches and I hope this is correct:

These matches are to seed:
Spratley-7 vs Ramos-2 – Tough match
Amine-8 vs Mesenbrink-1 – Tough match
Hendrickson-2 vs Trumble-7 – One more Pin

We actually caught some good breaks in these:
Fish-12 vs Chumbley-20 should have been wrestling #4 or #13
Hamiti-3 vs Kennedy-11 should have been wrestling #6
Plott-4 vs Allred-12 should have been wrestling #5

Travis-33 vs Whalen-15 after he wins this match, he will have Realbuto-10 or Hines-25. Realbuto defeated Drexler and Johnson and both who beat him. Let’s go Hines!!

Jamison didn’t screw himself too bad by losing as he would have been facing #2 next but has to win two more matches to get to the same level in the cons if he had been beaten by #2.
First he has Miranda-24 and then he has either Tagg-18 or Singleton-32
If he had lost to #2 he would have been wrestling (Schwartz-19, Saunders-20, Clark-27 or Chappell-21).
Pretty much the same caliber of opponents and (I think) the same advancement points (1 or .5 + .5). He needs to get bonus in both to make up for it.

Sorry for any mistakes I may have made, just having a little fun.

Not accusing or chastising anyone, but just want to give a reminder that athletes' parents and other family members read message boards. I'm sure some athletes do as well and I know plenty of recruits do. So let's keep it classy
+1

Just caught up with this clip involving Caleb Fish.

Oh mylanta....no floor under the mat and the tOSU wrestler would be planted like a potato. Hey Gundy...think you might want to use that clip as incentive for our football guys.

I like the semis for TS. Spratley MD Ventresca when they met earlier this year.
I don't think Ventresca was all there earlier in the season. He's come on strong toward the end of the season. Beat Vincent Robinson twice and now beating Strickenberger shows he's a different beast

The Big 10 domination at 133 is something. 6 of 8 quarterfinalists from the Big 10. And Zan Fugitt, the 14 seed from Wisconsin, just pinned McGonagle from VT.

Makes me wish Carl Hughes would have managed his weight better because he beat zan fugitt pretty handily. He also beat Sean spindle who is still in the tournament.
