But I’ll concede that the 2” ribeyes you get at Fresh Market are far superior.
What's your $/lb on that? For beef, I usually do Top Sirloin Caps that I can smoke because I can get USDA Choice for $7/lb at Costco, and when smoked its fantastic. Occasionally I will buy a whole beef tenderloin and slice my own filets, but its still $15/lb which is a little pricey.Try the Chateaubriand at Fresh Market. Melts in the mouth like the buttah.
Not sure as we usually get 2 for about 20.00 a piece. Sometimes you can catch them on sale for less but they go fast.
