What's on the menu Dan?

For Ramadan? I don't care much for lamb. I prefer a fat ribeye. Medium rare. 😉
Got half a pig I shot two weeks ago in my freezer also. Umm umm umm.
I’ve gotten a few of these over the years. Good eatin’.

Try the Chateaubriand at Fresh Market. Melts in the mouth like the buttah.
What's your $/lb on that? For beef, I usually do Top Sirloin Caps that I can smoke because I can get USDA Choice for $7/lb at Costco, and when smoked its fantastic. Occasionally I will buy a whole beef tenderloin and slice my own filets, but its still $15/lb which is a little pricey.

Not sure as we usually get 2 for about 20.00 a piece. Sometimes you can catch them on sale for less but they go fast. Most tender steak I have ever had, literally melts in your mouth at med rare.
