To me these hires point to one thing. Mason Rudolph is the franchise. These hires all scream "Protect Rudolph!!" An NFL TE coach known for outstanding pass protection as an OL coach. An up and coming Assistant OL/TE coach known for in game protection adjustments. A former QB/OC coaching running backs known for relentless preparation and attention to detail (help the RB's know what the QB is thinking.)
Not to mention the crazy intensity of Dan Hammershmidt on defense.
