Despite efforts by the city council to crack down on squatters, Philadelphia property managers say the process to remove trespassers from homes has gotten slower.

Squatters seem to have proliferated in OKC in recent year, sort of coinciding with the mayorship of Obama buddy, David Holt. Heard what I'll refer as rumor from a prominent official that Holt worked with northern mayors to transfer many of these homeless down to OKC to get them to a warmer climate.
