The OU bball strength coach, Jozsef Szendrei (who was a Sooner under Sampson) was fired for providing illegal benefits to players. Apparently some boosters were giving him money to give to players. A walk-on reported it after their trip to the Bahamas and alleged it happened on their trip to Europe as well. They claim the players all gave the money back, I'm sure in attempt to keep the NCAA away since they were just on probation.
