So the state senate failed to pass the sports betting bill that passed the house overwhelmingly. They are blaming the executive branch for them not passing it which I’m not quite sure I understand. One question I had is does Oklahoma law state that all these types of games have to be part of the Indian gaming compact? Does it have to give the tribes exclusivity? Im pretty sure that is the case with the traditional casino games but I want to know why they can’t open sports gambling up to all operators so that DraftKings and FanDuel and others can come in.
