Kid was a freak in hs. I wondered how his "funk" would translate in a college setting ... I guess we are about to find out.

Kyle Garciawas a powerhouse in highschool but not so much since. He redshirted last year and had a 7-2 record in open tournaments. His overall record at OU is 19-19. He was 12-17 in 2012-13 and placed 4th out of 4th in the Big 12. I really do think we have 3-4 125 pounders in the room right now that are every bit as good if not better than him. Just my opinion and if it makes the room more competitive at this weight I am all for it. He would be a redshirt Sophomore I believe.
