A federal judge ruled Monday that former White House press secretary Jen Psaki must offer deposition in lawsuit claiming she helped the WH collude with Big Tech to censor speech.

While this is going under the radar for most people this could be a fairly big deal. If she and others in the Biden Administration did collude with Big Tech to censor the free speech rights of people what would be the penalty?
