Covid was out of the lab in December of 2019. China was still saying it's nothing, but they were acting suspiciously like something bad had gotten out. So, I don't put this in any kind of strange timeline for Joe. The question I would have would be which intelligence agency and agent informed Joe about it. He was not VP at the time, and not privy to that high level of intelligence.

The second part was who told our intelligence agencies to act in the manner they did. Why feed bad information to the Trump administration. The FBI/CIA knew this wasn't a mutation.

Wray would have known this at the time, and he is still on staff. He is trying to cover his own ass before Trump wins in Nov.
