I only get to listen to wwls once or twice a week, usually around the 5:00 hour. Berry Tramel comes on first with Al and Jim. One of the most common topics of the day is what ever opinion piece Berry had in the DOK that day. Not today. Nothing was mentioned about the sooner football team being the wrong messenger. Instead, Jim was all fired up about a small snippet on page 5 about LeBryan Nash saying our BB team needed to play with a chip on their shoulder. Of course, Jim took credit for that because he has talked about what a poor team they are and that they did not belong in the tournament.
Tramel's piece is very news worthy. I did not hear Jim earlier in the day to see if he talked about it on his show. I highly doubt it. I do not see any of the homer's wanting to grapple with this issue although Carey Murdock did say last week that the it was all right for the players to protest but they did not need to miss practice to do it.
Not talking about Tramel's article was a huge omission.
