Cornel West Responds To Bernie Sanders

Someday when I get older, I'll remember to ask who the fvck is Cornel West and why should anyone give a rat ass about his opinion about anything.
About a quarter of a century ago when he was teaching at Harvard; his public persona was that of a young, very confident, abrasive, somewhat antagonistic, arrogant intellectual. In my mind he was not very likable. But somewhere along the way he discovered Jesus and slowly has transformed into a very likable, joyous man filled with humility. It has been a pleasure to witness his spiritual growth and his mellowed approach to his politics. He is one of very few political activists today who says exactly what he thinks and does it with the most hypnotic and peaceful manner. I have great admiration for the man. He has not been bought, he has not sold out, he has not bartered his soul the way Bernie Sanders and AOC have done.
