was going to put this on Sutton Court, but no one goes there anymore! I don't see any way he's around after this year. He's a dead man walking. Not a good situation but one that needs to be addressed. There won't be any difference in the team this year than in years past.

What is the contract status of OSU’s Boynton?
STILLWATER — Coming off a second straight loss to open Big 12 play, 90-73 at Texas Tech on Tuesday night, the Oklahoma State men’s basketball team is hovering just above .500 for the season with a daunting schedule still ahead.
Dating back to the season-opening loss to Abilene Christian, the OSU fan base has grown increasingly restless with the program in coach Mike Boynton’s seventh season.
However, no coaching change is imminent at this point, and it will be a costly decision for athletic director Chad Weiberg should he choose to part ways with Boynton.
Boynton is under contract through the 2028 season, earning $2.5 million per year. The buyout for the university to terminate the contract would currently call for Boynton to be paid 75% of the remainder of the contract, or just.
On April 1, the buyout percentage drops to 66.67%, at which time Boynton will be owed $10 million, making the buyout $6.67 million.
The Cowboys are 8-7 on the season and are set to play at Iowa State — which just upset second-ranked Houston — Saturday before returning home to host third-ranked Kansas.
