ABC is even reporting that he is going to run.

air in several states to introduce himself. Will be talking about his childhood
and how we ended up at Johns Hopkins.

Would be hard to beat him in a debate but he isn't part of the establishment. Personally I think he is a great candidate.

Rand Paul (I assume that's who you mean) will have to take a big leap of faith to run for president. Ken. law says that he can not run for 2 offices at the same time, and with Republicans failing to win back the Ken. state senate, I doubt that law will change.

So he's going to have to pick if he runs for senate or president in 2016.

Since you are actually voting on a slate of electors and not the actual person; I wonder if that is a loophole in the law?
