Can any admin help me with the following situation?
1. I cancelled my monthly subscription in Dec of 23 and again in January. I wondered why I kept getting access to the forum. Turns out Rivals charged me for an annual subscription when I cancelled my membership in Dec. I never received any confirmation that Rivals signed me up for an annual subscription.
2. The chat feature for Rivals cancellation does not work. The only way you can chat with a service agent is to choose a reason other than cancellation. The service specialist said he could not help me and ended the chat.
