You would think so... though not sure what would be settleable in this case. Several of these women are taking the approach of suing for defamation rather than sexual harassment which to this amatuer seems more easily proven...

I don't know about ASAP or if at all. Lawyers on both sides should do what they normally do in these cases. My experience with civil litigation is limited but I know it doesn't do things ASAP.

I was more angling towards my belief that Trump won’t settle this. I don’t think his ego will allow him to take the path of least resistance. Should have just said that in the first place.
