You guys are really dumb

Funny how much the righties on this board read liberal rags lol. Is it insecurity? Fear? Too boring on the Fox end lately?

Carry on

Another factor was the utter failure of journalists to vet Donald Trump. You can read about Barack Obama's kindergarten playmates in Indonesia by name, the boys he smoked dope with in high school by name and some of the women he dated in college by name. But The New York Times, in the 16 months from Trump's [campaign] announcement to Election Day, had exactly four references that had "Trump" and "Mafia" in the same story, and they were all in passing and inconsequential.

Holy cow.
I bet there were less than four references in the New York Times during the same time period that had “Trump” and

Ketchup
Nachos
Pat Jones
“It’s a mad, mad, mad, mad world”
Delaware Punch
Don Knotts
Bugtussle, Oklahoma
“Ghost Riders in the sky”
Fatty Arbuckle
C.W. McCall
Pepperidge Farms
TG&Y
MC Hammer pants
San Diego Community Crexit Union Poinsettia Bowl
US 266
B-70 Valkyrie
Nickel Plate Road
Stuckey’s
50 cent Little Joes
That Dell Guy
Paper shell pecans
The Cozy Drive In of Salina
Old Greer County
Football field crowns
Fire Marshall Bill

...and they were probably all in passing, too.
BUT IT MEANS SOMETHING.

That the lightbulb to attract the moths.

Hell, after reading that Toon thinks he's smart.

Mission accomplished.

It’s pretty obvious who is actually reading salon.com on this board lol. Interesting selections for news you all have haha

It's pure entertainment to see the Trumpanzees spaz out on the regular. Why would we not read the lefty rags?

Pulitzer winning writer was involved in the OSU / SI hit piece called Dirty Games as well.

In today’s so called journalistic world, does a Pulitzer really mean anything?

Does having a Pulitzer make you infallible?

He won a Pulitzer in 2001 on tax reforms and for exposing the myths of estate taxes, specifically the Federal Farm Bureau who falsely claimed farms closing because of having to pay inheritance taxes. Not one example was found.

So your point is?

His Pulitzer has zero do with this article, so you can’t discount his previous reporting experience lol. He’s writing an opinion column 17 years later haha.

Conflating the 2 scenarios is hilariously ignorant.

My point is a Pulitzer says nothing about the accuracy of any current story written by a Pulitzer winning writer, and the headline said “Purlitzer winning reporter..”, the Purlitzer is being used to suggest what this writer wrote can not be questioned, why mention it? Of course you are this dense.

Dense? Did you even read the article? If so, do you need to maybe revisit it? The writer is interviewing a Pulitzer winner...

Am I to understand that it's somehow a bad thing to step out of your bubble and read opposing views from different sources? Guess I don't see it as such a bad thing. I can easily go out and find news sources who simply stroke my ego and tell me I'm smart, however I choose to try to read as much as I can. Regardless of the source, it either sharpens my sword for defending my position to see what the opposition is saying or it exposes me to additional facts I may not have been aware of before. Wouldn't call it fear or insecurity, simply a sign of intelligence.

Agreed...

"People who've been had by con artists are ashamed, and the world is full of cases... They just can't face the fact that they were tricked. It makes them feel stupid and foolish."

this will age well

This. Is. Why. I. Waste. Time. Here.

So how many indictments, transparently broken promises, gaffes, horrible appointments, and scandals until you'll admit you've been had?

Just curious what percentage of this board do you think would have voted for anyone but Hillary and how many were just on the trump train?

The MAGA parade has been quite vocal for well over a year. Some try to distance themselves at times, but the train is always moving, and it’s rarely stopped for people to get off.

Reading this reminds me of getting shocked by an electric fence.

Weird how the votes don’t support your stance. Evidence and ThaiStickHarry don’t mix.

But “voter fraud”, right? If it was “85% never Hillary”, it had to be a helluva lot more than 3 million illegal votes, no?

We were talking about this board not the country. Please try and keep up or stay out of the way. Thanks in advance.
