The Boy Scouts were sued for gender discrimination and basically forced to take girls into their program. So they have. As part of that, they have started rebranding themselves "Scouts" rather than "Boy Scouts". Which makes sense as you aren't just Boy Scouts if you have Girls. So now Girls Scouts is suing "Boy Scouts" as the gender-less use of the word Scouts obfuscates their intellectual property and dilutes their brand.

I bet the courts make the Boy Scouts change their name completely, and with that, the Boy Scouts of America will cease to exist.

I think it gets settled or Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts dismiss.

I certainly don’t think the Boy Scouts are forced to change their name completely.

Another possibility is that Boy Scouts can still admit girls, but maybe can’t market it in certain ways.
