Also, if a public street, payed by taxpayers is used that counts. Or public sidewalks. The only thing that doesn’t count is she must levitate and float through the air to the abortion clinic. Then she may not dispose of the body or tissue using any public utility. If I can think of any more abortion restrictions in re taxpayer funding I’ll let you know. I’m still contemplating whether she can use money printed by taxpayer funded printing presses. I’m leaning heavily that it counts, too.
