David’s request is buffoonery. The reporting on the Twitter Files is as transparent as it gets. You and David are just in a mad scramble to roil up the scandal as much as possible to throw doubt in people’s minds, make them question what they’re seeing with their own eyes. On one level it is understandable that you want to protect your team from shame, but it is beyond disturbing that you’re willing to accept authoritarianism and tyranny toward that end. For me it is shocking to see two people as obviously intelligent as you and David are be that beholden to your team’s winning at such a detrimental cost to our society. As Tulsi Gabbard put it to George Santos: “Have you no shame?”

Simple exercise for you. Pretend for a moment that Musk is a partisan Democrat whose target with these releases is Tulsi Gabbard. Then ask yourself, would you be calling for more transparency? Would you be agreeing with David's suggestion that all of the so-called files should be released to more than just a few journalists?
We both know you would be doing exactly that, of course. Your inability to simply agree with David's reasonable request now says a lot about your current motivations.

WTF. Have you not seen the releases showing the Trump administration was doing the same? While I haven't seen anything along the lines of what looks like nefarious reasons on the part of Democrats, the fact of the matter is both Republicans and Democrats were working with Big Tech to censor free speech. That should concern any freedom loving American no matter your politics.
