Will Democrats invoke the 25th Amendment?

With key people - like Nancy Pelosi, George Clooney, and now a Democratic Senator (the first Senate Democrat) - calling for Biden to step down, will Democrats use the 25th Amendment to force him out?

This would be the only way for Democrats to get Biden out, because they can’t force him to quit the election. Because he won the delegates, that decision is Biden’s and only Biden’s.
