I'm going to hold out on my opinion of this team until after the Texas Game...
I do think the biggest disappointment for me was the play of the wide receivers.
Frustrations:
Lack of toughness on the outside after catching a screen...too soft or too slow with their feet to get going.
Dropped passes...again
Inability to get open against Central Michigan
Highlights:
Ateman made plays
Glidden as he should be
Huge catch by Washington to extend the drive
I know they can improve and that is what I will be watching. Do they get better throughout the year. Can they block downfield and continue to make routine catches.
