The Nations is one of 5 states who is light years behind in converting highway construction to metric measure. Texas is 75% complete. When Congress mandated the move to metric only measure in highway construction I knew Oklahoma would be among the last. The powers in the Nations still hasn't caught on to City Limit. Kansa and Texas has.
