Look, Bearcat, I understand that some of you have developed a Pavlovian response to protect your president from all criticism. And I understand why. The Democrats are a walking talking human tragedy that would lead our country to economic destruction. But Donald Trump is a fallible human being, someone who makes mistakes as often as the rest of us. And when he makes a mistake as president he screws things for all of us. So in the name of self preservation you should set the knee-jerk “protect my president from all comers” aside and realize his mistakes are leading us down the same path as the Democrats. Your Pavlovian response should be to protect yourself from the onslaught by every politician, even the ones like DJT that you prefer. Failure to do that is just childish.
