Serious question. I saw in another thread that is shouldn't be a death sentence. I agree. But if you think it might be, why do you not let it get that far?
So I'm open carrying my unloaded firearm down the street and a cop come over and commands me to hand over my firearm. He has no reasonable suspicion that I have or am about to commit a crime with it.
I politely ask him if he has reasonable suspicion of a crime and he tells me no.
Do you hand over the gun? I say you do nothing to provoke an escalated response and politely assert your right to bear arms with your hands in plain sight.
What if you were in a traffic accident and the cop shows up and demands you to tell him the details even though saying something can and will be used against you in court. Do you confess because the cop demands it? Of course not. You have rights and he can't violate them.
If he has a gun pointed at me, you damn right I obey him. Live to fight another day in court.
Am I just dumb as hell? Why are people assuming the cops were screaming "walk to your car" my five year old knows cops say "stop get on the ground."
Cheers for those with microcephaly. I'll make my claps deliberate for you so you don't confuse them with the lunch bell.

Maybe you should just abort yourself...
Your case is no way similar to the Charlotte or Tulsa cases. Not sure what you're arguing? At what point would they have had any cause to draw their weapon in the above cases?
What in your mind is the acceptable rate of failure in this stat? There are 50 million cop citizen encounters every year where nobody gets hurt.
1 per 5 million or the frequency people get struck by lightning, whichever is lower. What in your mind is the acceptable rate of failure in this stat?
