Starting my third glass of . Wife cooked some ribs in the pressure cooker, and I finished them on the grill.

I don't blame you, but I will say they taste great after being finished on the grill. I don't have the patience to smoke them on the grill from the get go.Out at pressure cooked ribs!
You're wrong.Dark Horse Plead the 5th.
Better than what you're drinking.
Haven't heard of it before, but just looked it up and I am intrigued. Now, Bells Two-Hearted
Classic IPA, has some malt to it, none of that overtly fruity stuff.Haven't heard of it before, but just looked it up and I am intrigued.
Love my Jack!
I am all about whiskey/bourbons.I'm not big on sour mash whiskys.
I am all about whiskey/bourbons.
Jack is made just like bourbons but it is made in TN so it is a whiskey. There are some bourbons I like. And I know most of those are sour mash. But Jack actually tastes sour to me. I just don't like it. I'm not sure what the difference is in their process that does that. I shouldn't have been so broad.

What bourbons do you like?Ok, but it's a unique flavor I don't like. It's actually sour to me. There has to be something in their process
What bourbons do you like?
Makers 46 I like!Knob Creek
Elijah Craig
Angels envy (a tad sweet and sour but I like it in small doses)
Makers 46
Larceny
My absolute favorite is Taos Lightning.
That's not how it works. Location doesn't matter.Jack is made just like bourbons but it is made in TN so it is a whiskey.
By God it does to Kentucky! That's not how it works. Location doesn't matter.
No. It doesn't.By God it does to Kentucky!
I'm not as adventurous as I used to be. I'll atone for my sin soon, believe you me.Haven't heard of Two Hearted Ale? And you call yourself a drinker.
All I am saying is most people in Kentucky disagree vehemently with this statement. Just saying. Kentucky is the birthplace and undisputed leader in bourbon. I admit, I picked up a little of their attitude. I laugh when I see Crown Royal. A Canadian bourbon. That's not how it works. Location doesn't matter.
There's some really good breweries in those distant northern VA burbs. Lost Rhino is good. Love Ocelot, and Adroit Theory blew my mind--sister and I got a private tasting there one afternoon just because we asked nicely.Drinking a local Virginia beer called Orange Whip from the Mad Fox brewery while watching the Osu v Kansas game. It is my favorite beer ... of all time! It is a smooth citra hopped IPA, that is not too hoppy and has an orange creamiscle flavor. You can only buy it at the brewery/restaurant and straight out of the tap it is darn near magical. I am sipping from a growler pour which is about 90% as good.
Bells two heart is one of my favorite commercial micro-brew (or whatever term they are using nowadays) beers. There is another local Virginia brewery called Lost Rhino and they have an amazing IPA called Face plant. Another good IPA is called Tramp stamp by Clown shoes.
Where is this glorious place?Guinness and Power's Irish Whiskey.
Went to a new restaurant a friend opened yesterday.
It's called BaCoN (Breaking Bad style use of periodic table elements).
All bacon, all the time.
I had a bacon sampler (hog jowl bacon, deep smoke bacon, spicy bacon, shoulder bacon, bacon jam, and pecan praline candied bacon)....bacon wrapped fresh jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese, pork belly Mac and cheese for an entree....bacon ice cream and bacon cheesecake.
The defibrillator will be coming out later.
Where is this glorious place?
Sweet, I will check this place out when I get to OKC! Thanks for sharing.Oklahoma City.
7523 N. May.
The chef and owner is Sean Cummings. He used to have a fabulous Irish pub there, but the landlord got crappy over St. Patrick's day crowds and wouldn't re-lease the spot to him (or his wife...who has a great adjoining Italian restaurant on site) unless he did
