What? No Head Coaching Experience!

I just don't understand hiring a guy with NO HEAD COACHING experience, unless it was going to be Gottlieb. In my opinion, this is even more risky of a hire than Gottlieb because season tickets will drop drastically. I just don't understand this hire at all.
