For starters, eliminate the wage ceiling on Social Security taxes. If you make $10 million a year, you should be taxed on all $10 million, not just $142,800. Do the same with Medicare. Also, put a Social Security and Medicare tax on capital gains.

The problem is that we have a growing cohort of seniors who are set to stop being producers while remaining consumers. Shifting the financing of that from public to private does not really address that.
That and making starting a family less onerous financially
College is expensive, houses are expensive, daycare is expensive, women have high paying jobs. This generation is better at staying married though.

No taxes hoss- community takes care of the downtrodden ....we've spent more on welfare through the years than all the wars combined- all just ways the globalist have brainwashed us into thinking we have a duty to pay taxes. They slipped it in when we went to war...said it's only for a year or two.

Median price of a house ($347k AIRC) is 10x median salary today. My first house was 1X my then earnings. My current home is 2x - geezers like us aren't median.
