I don't see it. Their "health care" and rights aren't being revoked. The only thing I see is wage disparity, which I believe happens, but what makes it exclusive to Republicans? Looks to me like just another reason to protest the right, which isn't the whole problem.

Much of the stated wage disparity is bullshit. Women are much more likely than men to not accept promotions due to family concerns (right or wrong here), but when men and women are in identical positions, they are paid the same in most cases. Not saying it's perfect, but it's closer than we are lead to believe.

When I hire people, the salary is picked before the first resume is received.

Women in their 20's get paid more than their male peers. The statistic of women in their 30's being paid 77 cents on the dollar or whatever compared to male counterparts has been debunked but politicians, the media, and certain groups keep saying it. That statistic also doesn't take into account decisions, field, or the fact that men work more hours on average while the stat assumes 35 hours for women. The real number is somewhere around 95 cents on the dollar.

I've spent a large part of my life either working for large companies or recruiting talent for large companies mostly in financial positions and IT consulting.

Worked with and for many women, as far as I knew they made the same or more than me and companies I recruited for hired lots of women and didn't offer lower salaries than what they offered the men. I found women were more likely to stick to their salary demands than men.

I'd also like to dispel another myth. Companies don't discriminate against minorities, there were many times I could earn a bonus for delivering a minority candidate that was qualified and would accept the position.

The problem is that some minorities just don't graduate enough people with the appropriate degrees. They are in demand.

It's very simple: Bernie Sanders seduced many woman in the country with his load of bullshit. Even though realistic individuals knew nothing he claimed or said could be followed through. When he was gone and one of their own lost, it came crashing down on them that you can't always get what you want.
